first up..
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
This is my FIRST post of the year... and yes it'll be about losing those fats.
I read this on a magazine (some health issue) just a moment ago.
They recommend to go on a low-carbs diet if one wants to lose maximum fast.
That means to go easy or avoid carbs (rice, bread, flour... and the likes). If it's unavoidable, try to consume less than 10g per serving of carbs.
In order to fill that stomach, eat protein food like eggs, meat and the likes. DO not over eat but eat till your full and stop.
Eat as much veggies as possible excluding potato.
They didn't talk about fruits.. but i'm assuming fruits should be fine.
I'm going to try this diet & hope that it works.

Good luck! Remember that carbs aren't necessarily bad, though - whole grains like brown rice and wheat bread are actually good for you. I'm trying something new this year as well, but I've given up on diets. Every year I say 'this year, I'm going to lose thirty pounds', and i usually end up gaining five lol.

Nice diet and think it tastes good too. But i prefer to eat food rich in protein and consume more food so that it burns the excess fat in our body
