Can u live without internet today?

Hi There! Welcome year 2009! Yeah I guess so I can live without Internet for a week or so but totally without it, that is impossible due to the nature of my work being a helpdesk support and since I have friends and my boyfriend is in abroad right now, I need to check my emails every now and then so that I can reply to their emails…. For me, internet is means of communication with your loved ones when they are far away… though I must admit that nowadays I don’t really surf any other sites anymore… I just go to the site that I usually go to when I am on the Internet. nah i cant live without internet even for one day

the more i enjoy using the internet, the more it has become important to me. it's as if my day is not complete without using it for a day. it has become a need. but if one day i won't be able to use the internet, i'll be able to cope up easily. there's no using brooding about it, maybe i'll find something else to do, like reading.

I think I can live without the Internet partly because there are other things that I can do. As with many other things I have grown accustomed to I would miss it, but it will not destroy my life. As it is the Internet is taking me away from the things that I have been doing in the past. I am spending less time with my previous activities. Therefore the demise of the Internet would force me to turn back to them. all the best, rosdimy

Not only today, i cannot live any day without internet bcoz now a days i totally depend on the internet for many reason .The first reason i am making some money online so it is not possible without internet and the second reason is i am studying computer science so it is useful for my studies and not only that i depend on internet for many reason and my favorite hobby is playing games online especially chess .so it is not possible for me to live without internet .happy mylotting.

If ever internet will be gone, I think we could still live without it. It maybe one important thing, but not the most important thing in life. You can find money by looking for a good and decent job. You can still communicate with people by way of phones. Good day to you.

well.. i won't die but i would feel empty. in fact a few days ago, when there was a power failure at my place, i was unable to go online & it just felt like crap. And yes going online has become a daily necessity for me, especially when i have mails to clear and work to get done.

Yeah I could. I'd text my friends instead of chat, play lots of guitar and piano, go for a walk, read my book, maybe watch a movie, maybe study a bit. One day without internet isn't too bad: I've gone three weeks before. =P The worst part is not being able to email or chat. =[
