What should we do if everyday wake up around 4 am ???

My girlfriend everyday sleep around 11pm but wake up around 4am then she cannot get to sleep. She will feel very sleepy around 7am and late for work later. What should we do to solve this problem ? how i can help her ?

IN YOGA, the therapies defined are three types of bodies viz. Vata, Pitta, Cough. This situation belongs to Pitta. Means more allergitic for stomach diseases & high heat generation. Tea & irregular lifestyle is the major detrimental element. Weakness is the major symtom. Sleeping before 10am is beneficial. eating much before sleep is must. Soft food (easy to digest) & fresh fruits is beneficial. A banana or 2 in morning is a boon.
