Do you find yourself "holding" discussions until the next month?

Last night I knew I was going to make payout, and when I thought ahead to this month I knew my schedule was going to be too busy to spend much time here. As I was responding to discussions, I came up with some more "great" discussions, but I didn't want to post them last night if I could hold off until today and get them counted for January since I was already good for December. Do you do that or do you just post them when you think about them? I guess I coulda posted them last night and bumped my earnings up for December, but I kinda waned to try to get an edge on for January.

No I do not because I do not think of discussions to start. I am dry when it comes to starting discussions. When I do start discussions very few of my friends even answer my discussions I do not even know why I start discussions except sometimes I just need to vent.

I go in spurts, and lately it's been a decent one. Sometimes I'm weeks of just responding to my friends and other times I'm busy starting discussions. Here lately I guess my life hasn't been as boring as usual and I've got something to write about. But in another week or so I'll be back to having nothing to start a discussion with.

I don't either, but sometimes people will respond to it :) Some of the stuff I've posted is really silly stuff, but people like it so that works for all of us!

I guess I just do not think what I do during the day is worth a discussion.

Mmmm....no I never wait to post discussions for the following month if I've already made payout only cause I just might forget what discussions I wanted to start...LOL. I post them as soon as the pop in my head....uh, sometimes even if it's 2 or 3 in the morning....which is often the time I get my "brainstorms" for discussions for some reason...LOL

I usually get my best ideas in the shower and by the time I'm dried off and dressed I have no recollection of it. Last night I had written down all the discussions that came into my head. I'm going to need a lot of help in January to make payout because I'll be getting busier at work.

I remember reading about the author Agatha Christie...she got all her brilliant ideas for her books while taking a bath...LOL I often get some of my ideas very, very late at night while I'm watching the World News Now (starts at 3 in the morning)---many times I'll hear a story and then race over to my desk and at least jot down the story idea then write it out the next day. What I'm hoping to do this year is to really divy up my time between being here, writing my articles and reviews AND write in my novel each and every day...without completely going brainfog that is...LOL

Haha you're so cute! if the next month was just a day away and I already made the payout then I'd hold it too. unfortunately, I seldom come up with new ideas for discussions so I always post what I think of. otherwise, I will forget it or I will lose interest and not want to post it anymore. Congrats on making the payout! I'm off by a few cents and I don't think I'll make it. :(

Oh, I hope you did make it! If I have an idea and I'm not at home, I have to write it down so I can make a discussion out of it. My husband laughs at me all the time for this! Last night I had 9 written down to start today.

Hi reiny~Nope! I have enough trouble thinking of new discussions as it is! I haven't even given any thought to any new ones yet! I just will continue responding as I usually do and that seems to be how I make most of my earnings anyway! When I do think of a discussion to start they are very few and far between! I will continue to just be mainly a responder because that is what I feel the most comfortable doing and leave the discussion making to people like you who seem to have no trouble thinking them up!

For some reason I'm on a roll lately, but I'm sure it'll come to an end soon. My life has been a little bit exciting so I talk about it here. Normally it's very boring and I have nothing to say. That's when I'm just the responder.

Oh, I can hardly remember my name some days!!! Actually, though, if I don't write something down it's as good as gone. I carry a small note pad with me all the time just for that reason.
