Tonight,i have eaten Baked Chicken in Salt.So to think of Chinese food as a topic.By the way to saw a lot of Chinese food in English translation. It was really interesting. For instance: Cucumber in Sauce,north part of china the procedure is hits the cucumber peels off, pats rottenly, joins the sault,the sesame oil and the garlic hibiscus. But the southerner likes putting many seasonings, the ginger grain, theminced green onion,the garlic and so on. Slightly fries the seasoning, then cooling,already was cutting again on but actually cucumber then on drop sesame oil. Mixed evenly then. That is ok.
