How many times a day do you BRUSH your teeth??

Do i sound ridiculous in asking the questions?? Actually I know the ideal answer is two,one in the morning & one before going to bed. But I don;t follow it personally. For me its once a day when I get up? Do u follow ur dentists advice & brush twice a day? Or are u like me?

I brush my teeth every time I eat. If I eat three times a day, I brush my teeth three times, if I eat twenty, I brush them twenty.. It's not just for a question of health, but above all because I really hate not having my mouth clean...
I hate food in my teeth and a bad breath... besides, I am forced to do it because I have a problem to my gums, and I have to solve it..

I brush my teeth twice morning and evening before going to bed.

i`m like you. i brush my teeth when i wake up. very rarely in the evening, because then i`m too sleepy to brush my teeth again. In the morning i can`t eat without brushing.
