Sorry i have been inactive for awhile just getting over a virus i caught but anyway back to the topic, knockout stages of the champions league are always exciting but in round of 16 which match would you say would be most exciting and which will be the least exciting. Well here's the draws; Chelsea vs Juventus Villareal vs panathinaikos sporting vs Bayern Atletico madrid vs Porto lyon vs Barcelona Real madrid vs liverpool Arsenal vs Roma Inter vs Manchester United most exciting in my opinion is would be Chelsea vs Juventus or inter vs manchester united least exciting would be Villareal vs panthinaikos. please share your opinions..

for me all the English teams matches will be interesting to watch. well for me the most interesting tie is manutd vs inter and Liverpool vs real Madrid.i have a felling that this time at least 2 English teams will be knocked out in round 16. chelsea vs juventus is also a match to watch out. well, among the top 4 teams arsenal are facing weaker opposition then rest of the three. this time reaching the next round will be difficult for English teams.

couldn't agree more with your response the italian sides look alot sharper than last year i have a feeling this will be most exciting round prior to the final with Arsenal recent form and Roma's recent form i'm unsure who will win that but i think arsenal will edge it. Juventus will entertain chelsea thats for sure they have a very good side and Del Piero may show his magic but chelsea are Chelsea and we all know what they do. Inter and Manchester United well Manchester haven't really delivered in league that well this season but i reckon that will up a gear for champions league game but they do have alot of games to play inter my have some resting days plus how mourinho has changed Inter into an exciting team its definately one to watch. might get tickets to Anfield tie of Real madrid game so i'll see how the atomsphere is there since it will be the first time in the kop end in a champions league game. :)

i think there are a couple of exciting and interesting game. it is also amusing to see three english team playing against three italian team and somehow i dun think english team can win all despite their better records against italian team recently. i think at least one english team would not make it through. liverpool have an interesting game with Madrid too and with the spanish champion not doing too well, we may see the premier league leader getting an advantage over them as their coach Rafa benitez is familiar with spanish league and teams.

yep i agree with you there will be multiple games that will be exciting especially when its Italian teams vs English team in round of 16 and you are right about Rafa Benitez he has had some record against spanish sides take Barcelona for example haven't seen any manager beat Barcelona away 2-1 in a long time but what a result that was i hope to see what he does against Real Madrid since he has some history at that club alone which might help.
