Favourite Film From The Trillogy?

I love the pirates of the caribbean trilogy but i've got to pick the first movie as my favorite. When I saw it the first time I was like "man, it's been awhile since i've seen such a great movie". The humour and action combined makes it such a great movie.

Curse of the Black Pearl is my favorite one. Favorite scene?? I don't know if it's a favorite scene as much as the comedy in the movie and the special effects. I love when Jack talks about his rum...and the line, "Welcome to the Caribbean", as he holds up his bottles of rum on the island. Another favorite is when they're talking about how he got off the island he was marooned on and Jack walk in to the conversation saying he used his back hair to tie the sea turtles together... Very funny!

definitely the first, of course i watched the next two but the most fun to watch is the first, it was unpredictable and johnny depp was hilarious

My favorite is the First one, the Curse of the Black Pearl. I don't have any one particular scene in mind, but I just thought the whole thing was very well done. I really like Will (Orlando Bloom) in this one (I like him in all of them, but the best in here.), especially when he goes to rescue Elisabeth. I think the ending was great, as it was a satisfying conclusion but still left room for a sequel.

I love them all because the way they fell in place. Some trilogy movies always start decades later. The one I really enjoyed out of all of them. It was the 3rd one. Where they save captain Jack Sparrow from the beyond.

actually, i have no favorite among the trilogy because all of the three are my favorite. one story linked to another but i love watching johnny depp. he brings so much life to the characters he portray and until now, he and leonardo dicaprio, are one of the actors who deserve much more of the best actor award because all over the years, they're less appreciated by these guilds. nice discussion, sion. cheers!=)

My favorite was the first one, the Curse of the Black Pearl. I liked it because it was fun, exciting, kept a good rhythm throughout, and left you feeling good about everything. The ending. Where each person showed their best side. Although with Jack, who can tell when his best side changes. Such a rascal! I didn't like the others because they kept getting grimmer and grimmer.
