Stressed? Take Action

When people are stressed, they should rest. That the normal way. But it is also a fact that stressed people often don't work that much. Mostly it is all in their mind. They think: I've got to do this and I have got to do that. And I don't have time and I am late and I forgot to do that. It's a bit hard to admit that. But assume that it is the truth? Then how should they solve their stress?

I think you are right in a way, rest is important and a lot of stress can be because of too much thinking about things, making problems bigger than they are and you know somtimes it takes something bigger like someone you know dying or seeing someone else go through something so much worse to make us realize we are so well off and are stressing over something we shouldn't, sometime we stress over not having someone or something we should talk our way through it and realize the the things we have and be grateful for them, tell our-selves life is too short to stress over things we can't have and appreciate what we do have, I only have to look at the news and see the kids crying in the countries of war and it stops me from strssing about anything in my life...i feel I am a lucky one...
