I'm a rocker chick, so I'm gonna go with David Cook... This season, for me, it was the most tallented and the adittion of the musical instruments was a great idea. I also like Daughtry, but -I dont know how- he didnt win. Seriously... Tailor Hicks was a great performer, but as far as being the best singer that season, I dont think so. The time of AI Season 5 where daughtry joins, i heard this internet site but i cant remember what site it is, where in, they pr0m0te to v0te the least c0ntestant in the show, thats why the best singers was eliminated. Like daughtry.

David Cook. I've been watching AI show all these years but not until I saw David Cook singing did I really watch the show religiously and bet my left arm that he was going to win...and he did :D I don't know why Jennifer Hudson did not win but she has an amazing voice also.

Jennifer hudson didnt win because of her bad attitude according to what i read. But she is a g0od singer and actress thats why she w0n oscars regardless of her attitude or behavi0r.

I don't know if anyone can really determine why a contestant gets voted off. I mean they can survey 100 people and find out why they voted for who they voted for but to find out the opinions of the millions of people who voted...no one asked me. People just liked someone else better so they voted for them instead. Jennifer Hudson's attitude may have influenced the judges and production staff but if the show is honestly what it says it is, the opinions of the judges and production staff are just opinions, it's the audience votes that count. Honestly, I can't even remember her as a contestant so I'm relatively sure I didn't not vote for her based on her attitude *shrug*

Definitely Cook. He was kind of like Chris Daughtry's Mini Me I also think Daughtry should have won in his season but he's been vindicated by outselling his top two competitors (although Katharine is doing fairly well for herself) and by being personally asked to tour with Bon Jovi by Jon Bon Jovi himself, not his agent or manager or anyone like that. He was also offered the spot of lead singer for Fuel because they saw his performance of Hemorrhage and thought it was amazing.
