I have been off work for 2 weeks and I decided that I would read a few books during my vacation. I do almost everything online these days. I have read 3 books and I must admit I forgot how much I enjoyed reading. I am curious to know how often you all read books? Is it more or less now that you spend time online?

I don't read books anymore. When I was a child my father had a book shop and I used to read all the books there. At that point of time my GK was wonderful, I could easily tell the highest mountain, longest river etc. But now, we don't have that shop, thus I am no longer reading a book also my eyes don't allow me to read more than 30 minutes.

I only read when I get the chance to or if I can afford it... :P I normally read MANGA stuff because it's kind of my thing. ;) But occasionally I read random magazines, or whatever book I find lying around or in a library to my interest. LOL nobody said reading a cook book doesn't count. LOL.

I used to read so much more often than I do now. My goal is going to be to read 1 or 2 books a month now.

I read books as often as I can. I enjoy letting my mind envision the scenes and the characters. It is also really relaxing. I read 4 books in the span of 3 weeks and I am looking for something else to read now.

I read alot. I love reading, and its my biggest passtime next to being on the computer online. I would say I read about two books a week. And yes, it is less now that I spend more time online. There was a time not too long ago that I read 3-4 books a week, back when I only had limited access to the net. Now I spend more times watching movies online, surfing around, on forums, doing work from home, and writing emails to friends. But I still read a few hours a day.
