Are you the type of person who sees the glass as half full or half empty?
I do my best to remain optimistic even during the hardest of times. I would rather look for the good in a situation than to dwell on the vad. What about you?

Hello lynnemg!
I am the type of person who tries so hard to remain positive despite of all the bad things happening around me. I do my very best to remain optimistic even during the hardest of times. It's not easy though. Well, there are times when no matter how I look at things as half full, I tend to see it half empty. It's not really easy to be optimistic all the time but we can always try...

That's great, Lynnemg, its great to be an optimist. I wish I could be, and I try to be, but I'm a natural pessimist. I always think something will go wrong, and I always want to be prepared for the worst. I tend to think the worst will happen when I have a problem. I heard that optimists live longer, so I think I'll die young. See, I'm doing it now!

I look for the best, but also prepare for the worst. My Mom says that I am a hopeless optimist because I can find good where no one else can. My husband is a pessimist most of the time. He normally has negative things to say abou any situation. I am hoping that I am beginning to rub off on him a little though. I caught him saying something hopeful the other day. LOL Instead of saying, "That won't happen", he said, "Maybe".
