We are doing our work full day on sitting on the chair. And we can suffer from back pain usually. Some times it happens from the unbalanced posture of our sitting plan. Instead of take medicines we can improve our sitting posture and do some exercise to avoid this back pain. Like when we sit our back is touched on the chair's back seat. And we can take a break for sometime during our working hours. only just for 10 minutes. it gives us a lot of relax, not only our back even whole body.

Well. I'm too young maybe to feel it. But sitting too long will harm your body for sure. Usually, I stretch a little during the work and I need to stand up and walk a little. So, keep moving, gilrs! happy day!
