In the 18 years of my life I have only begun to experience the world outside of my country. Well, in reality I haven't really "left" my country except on a few occasions; but typically the places I do go to are simply beautiful in comparison to what I see on a day to day basis. Where are some of the most beautiful rainforests and waterfalls? Have you ever seen them for yourself? This past summer I went to Peurto Rico and had the opportunity to see some great waterfalls, and walk around a beautiful rainforest too! And the summer prior to that, I had the chance to experience the Big Island of Hawaii and see the natural beauty there as well! Not to mention seeing Niagra Falls in Canada! What are some great natural waterfalls and forests you've experienced?

Hi there Ulalume! I haven't been into alot of waterfalls and forests and I have only traveled domestically. So far, the best waterfalls that I have been to is the Seven Basin falls of Jawili. It is located in Jawili, Tangalan, Aklan. The waters are really clear and cold. I remember spending almost every morning there after Typhoon Frank left and we didn't have electricity supply for almost two weeks. It was always hot so we bathe there and have a good time with my family.

Thanks for this response. That sounds like an interesting place. Sometimes I wish I was not from the United States because my country seems to be taking away so much of natures beauty, and the few places that still remain seem to be overcrowded (with tourists, usually) which ultimately takes away from the beauty. I'm sorry I am not entirely sure where Jawili is located, where is it at on a map?
