Hi guys, I have been using mobile phone for the past 5 years and since that time I have changed my mobile phones almost 8 to 10 times, not because i am interested in a new model, but all of the endup with some trouble, sometimes it could be software problem, sometimes it could hardware trouble, and some times the reason will be my rough handling. I have used both International quality and local quality mobile phones, but still now am confused how to select a good and long lasting mobile phone for me. I don't want it to run throughout my life, I know that is not practical. So, can you just guide me how to select a perfect mobile phone or how do you guys select mobile phones??

Personally the only brand that has given me trouble is Kyocera. It's the only brand I highly DO NOT recommend. Mostly due to software and quality issues. They just do not last. I think LG is a good brand, and I liked the Audiovox I had. Phones are just difficult to keep sometimes, especially when you are not looking to spend more on a bit more quality made phone. I can't trust phones so well anymore, so I really do not want to spend too much on my next phone. I don't recommend getting a phone that has it's keys on the outside at all times. The keys tend to break after awhile.

Ya i know cause i do have 2 Kyocera mobile phones locked up in cupboard, problem is it wont perform the basic mobile function. I cant make calls and cant receive the same. LG is also one among the options that i have tried, but the only difference is I have no LG locked up in my cupboard, LOL

Ha that's a shame and ironic since it's the only phone I discouraged heh. Yes I wish I too had an LG put away somewhere but I don't =/

I had one Motorola L Series and with my experience it was the most endurable mobile phone that i have ever had. It has that metallic body which gives a strong exoskeleton protection to the inner hardware, only problem that i had with the particular set was the picture quality, i think they need to improve in that region.

I have used lots and lots of cell phones from Nokia 5110 to 3315 to N73 and then i have used LG, samsung, panasonic, sony , motorolla and then Chinese too.. for me till date best phone has been Nokia N 73. it wins over all competitors hands down but i heard it might be soon discontinued which would be shame .. so if this phone is not gone from the market try this phone.

I am using Nokia and motorola mobiles. I am having Airtel and BSNL collections. I am using one connection for personal use and other for bussiness and offical purposes. The first mobile I had was Siemens mobile. Then I went for Nokia mobile and I have recently brought Motorola mobile recently in between six months.
