I have been scammed by one of the ebayer! Did it happened to you?

I am a regular buyer in ebay for several years. Thing like MP3, USB flash drives, Web cam, & mobile phones. Been buying several phone from different users with confidence by watching through their account info. But here is this scammer who just took my payment for the N70 phone and hear nothing about him. I have filed a case against him on ebay's protection program. Ebay will charge me $30 if I can successfully meet their requirements like proof of payment and others. Please be careful so that it wont happen to you.

Unfortunately, there are scammers and fraud merchants on eBay, as there are anywhere. eBay do try to protect the buyer and, if you pay through PayPal it's arguably somewhat safer/easier because eBay and PayPal are associated companies.
Because eBay is only an intermediary, not the actual individual or company you are buying from, your contract is NOT with eBay but with the unknown seller. eBay provide arbitration because they value their reputation but it can never be 100% effective: unfortunately, there will be cases where sellers are out to defraud the buyer - and there are also many ways in which buyers defraud sellers!
In spite of all that eBay can do, the bottom line is always "Caveat emptor!" ... Let the buyer beware!

I was also cheated once. I bought a 8 gb USB flash drive and when i got it to my hand it was only 2gb.
But i contacted the seller through PAYPAL. and he responded that he was cheated by his whole sale dealers. then he refunded me half the price.
I was lucky that time as the seller was a good.

I deal on Ebay a lot and so far i have not had any problems,but thats not t say i want.I try to deal with the same sellers all the time.But i no what yo are saying i know who are getting scam to,and to now that you can't see the negative parts of them just there good ones it makes it even harder.Good luck.
