do you love cheesey crust pizza?

Well I used to work part time at pizza hut, and used to make the cheesy crust pizza at work. Now I also do it at home, since it is requested by my family, it is good, but I think too much chesse will make the pizza so fattening. It is easy to do it, I use to make pizza dough and before filling it roll some mozzarella string cheese between the dough, then continue to fill the pizza normally. Fantastic :)

I prefer a thin crust pizza over a cheese-stuufed crust. To me, the cheese just doesn't taste as well as I think it should. I used to make pizzas in a little restaurant and once in a while, I would experiment. I enjoyed making almost paper thin crusts. The rest of my familt likes a thicker crust, but I think they all prefer it not to be stuffed.
