A look at revelations

I was thinking about doing some discussions on revelations, There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about this one book. I am a bit hesitant to discuss this because last time I tried to discuss the bible my star went from an 8 to a 1. But I will make a few comments and see if any would like to discuss this book further. Revelations is a book of prophecy, it deals with past things, present (at the time of Johns writings) and future times, which might be sooner than some believe. The name revelations means to reveal, to bring to life, not a book that is hidden and shrouded in mystery. So why do people so miss understand this book? Because the real symbolism has been hidden from you by the church, The symbols tell you the times, seasons durations and more, lets just take one thing now to see if any really want to know more. The woman in Revelation 12:1-2 1: And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars 2: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. We have been told this is merely a metaphor of Israel, but is there more to this wonder in heaven? There are three heavens, the first is our sky, the second is our universe, space and the cosmos. The third is the thrown of heaven. So which heaven is being mentioned here? It is the second heaven. Observe the answer to the woman. The woman is the constellation virgo, she is clothed in the sun. When virgo is "clothed in the sun she is unseen because the stars of the constellation can not be seen, The moon is also present, which can only mean it is the new moon, because the only time the sun and moon can be together is the time of the new moon. A new moon always marks the beginning of a new month on the Jewish calendar. Because the sun is in Virgo, the month must be Tishri/ Marcheshvan, which is our September/October. When the full moon is at the head of Virgo, without the sun, it is Nisan and Passover. Therefore, John is being very specific with his descriptions of the signs. The Lord has given us a sign that indicates that Israel's trouble (pain of labor) is about to begin somewhere around the month of some future September/October when the sun and moon are in the constellation Virgo. The precise location of the solar eclipse is at Virgo's feet in the ecliptic path of the sun and moon in the "Tail of the Dragon." So, does any one want to know more?
