I have had several blood and urine tests, the data did not show anything wrong, but I always feel thirsty, and water does not seem to help. What advice can you give to ease the thirst. Thanks in advance.

In fact most people feel thirsty in autumn in which the weather is dryness. In winter people will feel thirsty when they live in a room with warm air-condition or central heating. You can put a humidifier in the room. And drinking water boiled with pear and lily may be helpful to you.

Try adding a slice of lemon or a few drops of lemon juice to your water. This seems to help me. I also watch how much salt I use. It seems if I eat alot of salty foods that I can't quench my thirst no matter how much I drink. I also use a moisturizing mouthwash [oasis] which seems to help.
