Is this UK ID card fake??

I have met a person named FRED CRISTIAN. He sells cell phones in a very competative price. I am going to have a deal with him. But recently his attitude is really making me worried. Before the final deal he has sent me some document including his national ID card, licence, certificate of registration etc. As I am not a British I cann't decide are these fake or not. I beg to the UK citisen and also the other people who have idea about this please let me know. Please tell me your feedback.
