Best Exercise?

People recommend so many exercises but which one is the most effective noone really knows. If i wanna reduce my weight fast n look slimmer what should i do? As an healthy method of losing.

well, a very god friend of mine has told me once that its staying healthy that is more important than losing weight.. and i think he is right(as he always is).. i guess more than one magical BEST exercise, regular small small exercises would do the trick.. :)

I guess there is no such thing as best exercise. whatever exercise which you will feel comfortable will be alright for as long as you also do some dieting - I mean lessen your food intake. It might help.

swimming, jogging, push-ups, and sit-ups are all good choices...

the best method is swimming. it keeps you absolutely fit. but due to winters, i think jogging would be a better option. and if you are from north india, i think you better make it running-on -a -spot at home for there are chances of exercise -induced asthma if you venture out too early. also some exercises with dumbbells and bar bells will act as a change. ALL THE VERY BEST...

To my experience, if you wanna lose weight, eating less is important and useful. Of course, doing some exercise is great, I recommend running and mountain-climbing, which are some basic sports but can achieve good results. Besides, do exercise between the lights, and eat nothing in the evening.

the best excercise you can do is a squat. it works your quad, hamstring, gluts, calves and abs! it is near perfect. but if you are tryin to slim down then diet and cardio is far an away the key. rickfit.blogspot.com is a great source!
