Hi Ya-its_Me, I like mother most. As in my childhood, my father was in Army and we could hardly see him except on leaves. So it was my mother, who was the friend, philosopher and guide all throughout my entire life, so long she did not leave this world.

Hi dear, as I have seen mothers are more affectionate naturally and are much closer to children while it is the father who has to do the tough things like disciplining. I think, you are right, fathers are more conscious of future of children.

In your case you feel that your dad was away from you in your childhood days , but mostly children who has dad with themselves also are in thirst of dad's affection , i dont know why most of the dad's (90 percent) are very rude to their childrens , might be they are over cautious on their childs future

I like my mom better. My real dad and my stepdad were both disappointments. My real dad left before i even recognized his face. and my step dad wasn't very child friendly are wife friendly if you get my drift.
Me and my mom get along great. i come to her with my problems are at least i used to. when i need stuff i do call her that's for sure. we can communicate for the most part without having to worry about judgement.

I would have to say my mother. She is the one I have a relationship with. And the one I go to if I have a problem. I don't even talk to my dad much.

Simple and global reason , All the dad's who are into business will have to work 24/7 so its obvious that there is a less percentage of care when comes to their childred , but in my uncles case its quite different , he is a young business man striving to come up in good colours he will be a busy bee always into his business but he takes very keen care on his son , the same way his son is well attached to his dad than his mom.

Hi ya-its-me,
I like my mother more.
Normally it is said,boys will like mother more and girls will like father more.
In my opinion mother is always greater than father.All children should like their mother more.
I am also a father only.But how one can forget the pain and hardships undergone by a mother during those forty weeks before delivery.I would simply say,mother is God to every child.

I like my dad more than mom. My dad is strict but kind. He teaches me knowledge and life skill from my childhood to now. He cares more about my school life, working life and my thinking. So I'm so happy to have such a dad just like my friend.
