Waterways/Branches?

Ice Crystals - I love the way this shot looks like tiny creeks or streams of water.

As a lot here know I love taking photos of ice crystal formations from my windopws. This is yet another one of these types of photos. This looks like either a huge waterway and all it's streams/creeks/tributaries or a lot of branches stemming outwards of a large tree. I really like the water droplets scatterd around formed due to taking a few shots and the heat from inside melting the ice crystals as I took multiple shots. Thanks for letting me share this here everyopne. Any and all comments and or critiscism is greatly appreciated. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I wish I could share a picture like that. But I live in an area that never snows. So, I can't. I do however think you have a great photo.

I think it is beautiful. I love the way it looks. Almost like water streams, but at the same time like parts of a plant, only not green. Very good photo!

That is a beautiful photograph. It is quite amazing what photos can be found in winter. I was out walking a few weeks ago and just had to take a shot of a large tree as the winter sun low in the sky made it look quite awesome. :-) Derek

Frosted window - Doesn't Jack Frost paint beautiful pictures
That's pretty! I love the pictures Jack Frost paints! I have a picture I took several years ago that looks like ferns. I'm not a very good photographer, but occasionally nature paints a picture even I can capture.

Hi my friend how are you tonight? I do like looking at all your photos. What do you do with all of them you take. Do you print them out? Do you store them on the computer? I store them on snapfish and I also have printed most of my photos to scrap book them which I have not done that yet.

It's always amazed me how someone can tell you to spend thousands of dollars making improvements so you can save a few hundred on something else. I agree that over time you could probably recoup the money you would spend but having it all in one lump sum is usually impossible to have. At least it always has been for me.

Hi, Grandpa Bob, This is going to be my first winter where it gets cold enough for ice to form. Well, actually I used to live in the north as a child but it has been about 30 years since I spent a cold winter. Anyway, we've had a few freezing days here so far and I've seen a few area where ice was formed where water was spilling over the mountain cliffs. I hope to get some pictures of some good specimens this winter.
