what is the most important thing that students expect from their teachers???

students... expect to learn from their teachers and at the same time, students are expecting that their teachers will have an open heart and mind to give themselves a chance to learn from their students also. Learning is a life long process. Both sides has to have an open mind and a willing heart. Learning is like trying to make a parachute work, it will never be useful until it opens... as like the mind... there has got to be a willingness to unlearn the things you've always known and open your mind to accept the new things... not matter if you were the student... or you were the teacher... both sides has to learn from the other.

First of all teachers must not think that making a friendly relation with children is something that makes them low in their position .They should mingle with students by open discussion ,bring out the hidden talents,encouraging in their studies and by trying to understand their weak points.similarly students should give respect and accept their advice and discussing your problems.

Teaching is difficult because there are so many issues to deal with, that go far beyond just relaying information. Teachers have so much to deal with. I think that a good teacher must have good commuication with their students. They need to be able to recognize verbal and nonverbal cues that the student is giving. I think a good teacher should be skilled in classroom management. Teachers should emulate the behavior they expect from their students.

There is great saying "Mother is the first teacher,and Teacher is the second mother". But we can not see this kind of teacher every where,how ever there are some teachers who always take care about their student.I expect my teacher to be friendly with me .Teachers play important role in our personal life .so, every student must co-operate with our teachers.some times teacher may be in a bad mood or good mood every student should act according to that .
