During the course of the last few months of 08 I started eating more fruits, but bananas and grapes are the fruits that I eat the most, I also like apples I eat the whole apple pit and all you get the maximum vitamins that way and it's good for your teeth. I've never been a breakfast person so the fruit helps a lot it keeps me from eating junk foods and when your my age that's always a plus. So what do you mylotters eat for breakfast on the go?

My ideal breakfast on the go is a large coffee and a sausage biscuit from McDonalds. I am making an effort to try to treat my body better....so I don't have coffee everyday, I have substituted that for milk or juice. I will then either have a bowl of cereal (hot or cold) or toast and a scrambled egg. This is only because I am not on the go anymore. I suppose when I go back to work I will go back to coffee and a biscuit.....maybe it can be juice and a danish.

I do love eating bananas every after meal. Banana ia rich in potassium. Potassium is important in maitaining a lower blood pressure. Eating bananas is not only enjoyable but healthy.

I'm trying to eat more fruits in my diet, and its a struggle since I'm not such a fruit eater. Just like you, bananas and grapes seem to be the easiest for me to handle, once in a while, an orange or an apple will also do.
Breakfast is the most difficult for me. I try to eat some oatmeal and throw some frozen berries on it. Sometimes I would make an omelet. When I'm lazy, I just eat toast with peanut butter. Now, I'm making sure that i eat a least a piece of fruit with breakfast.

If I have the time (whichis rare) I eat oatmeal with toast and fruit. But I am on the run a lot of times and I grab a banana or an orange. i like apples but I never eat them for reakfast. I don't really know why! LOL It just doesn't sound right for breakfast! Hmmmm Maybe I'll have to give that a try.
