I'm getting ready to start my first semester at a new school. It's completely different from the first college I was at because the first was a military college. Not I'm majoring in music but of course have the general education classes too. I've never been good at studying. Any study tips? Memorization? Test studying? Better concentration? I need help!

you need to love your new school now, if you dont like your school now, you cant be good for study, so, the first step is to love you school and your teacher from now.. have a nice school

To handle your study well means you need to get a full preparation.A best study method is the key .Ok ,sometimes turn to some senior students and their advise will be useful .However, you should take it easy and have a perfect victory.

Try speed reading. I went to the speed reading classes and it helped me, not a lot but it helped. I'm not using it anymore because it needs preparations but it will certainly help you out. Check it! xD

i was taught to speed read in elementary school. wouldn't you think that you could miss something important if you speed read? i know it just makes you overlook some of the smaller words but soemtimes those can change the meaning of the sentence.
