Dare you see horror film?

I don't know why that i still fear to see the horror film now.In fact I know terror only comes from my heart.But it is very difficult to overcome the fear. I once tried to see the horror film alone in the daytime. But i often had nightmares by the evening.So I give up it now.What about you?And how dou you overcome what you dare?
