Could you tell me that how to reduce weight?

the food to reduce weight - Does the meal reduce weight even more than eating little meat? Right?

I am a little fat.But i don't want to eat less to reduce weight.In fact,I have eaten the food with rich heat seldom.Perhaps drink water can make me fater,too. I felt inconceivable when I saw somebody only ate many meat and vegetables, does not ate any rice for lunch and dinner.Model of putting the cart before the horse!And i do not like sports, because I can not persevere.What is the best and easy ways do you think?

What about trying the cabbage soup diet? You don't have to eat less - you actually lose more by eating more of that soup. But of course, nothing comes without a price. Some people can't take the monotony of the diet - you have to follow strictly what you have to eat for 10 straight days in order to optimize the diet. Thanks for the response on my discussion!

hi zandy! there are sooooo many ways to reduce your weight. i am currently helping my sister in law lose weight. but really, the main thing for sustainable weight loss is discipline and making it a way of life. reduce your food intake and increase you physical activity, that is the primary thing to reducing weight, but if you want to sculpt your body to the shape that you want to be in, then do enrol in a gym where an instructor can help you. don't go into diet pills, they will make your health worse. good day and God bless you! :-)
