What would you do with your chiken?

flatten it out with a mallet stuff it (with secret ingredients) roll it coat it with breadcrumbs wrap it in foil (to keep it moist) and bake @ 350 for 30minutes Unwrap the foil and let it bake for another 10minutes to brown up a little

I love chicken adobo. It is chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, a lot of onions and garlic and peppercorn. Marinate it then fry it. It is a filipino all time favorite.;-) I love making this at home and my children really love this stuff. Even my stepson would always look forward to eating this. We all love to eat chicken at home. I make chicken dishes 2 3 times a week.

i usually really love to eat fried chicken, just as my foto shows. but any kind of eateries that contains chicken, i love it! haha.. also my other favourite is indonesian tradisional eateries, sate ayam (satay)
