I was reading through another discussion on how to clean your PC. Now I thought that when you get a new PC the security, virus, and anti-spyware is part of the package that you get with the PC. Anything that you add is your own decision to back up what is already there. Am I completely misunderstanding? If I am, what would you suggest I download for free as the first priority? DCMerkle

thecrazyjogger, That's what I thought. If there was a way to start over and download what I wanted and needed, I'd feel better about my PC. DCMerkle

I suggest that you download and install Sandboxie. This program will allow you to run your web browser or any program inside the sandbox. If the sandbox infected with virus its won't affect your operating system (host). And you can always clear the sandbox. What I like about sandboxie is that you can install porgram inside it. And its will not affected or change your registry. To download the program goto http://www.sandboxie.com/
