Do you like your fish steamed, friend, baked or boiled? Well, i like my fish steamed. This way, i get to keep the freshness of the meat as well as minimize the oil level. When steaming my fish, i'd put ginger over it plus a little fish soya sauce. and VOILA my fish just needs to be cooked. Easy peasy. If i were to fry my fish, i'm be intaking additional oil. I'm yet to try baked fish apart from salmon baked rice. I seldom eat boiled fish unless i'm ill and can't stuff anything down my tummy. So what about you? How do you like your fish?

I don't eat boiled fish. I like fried, steamed, and grilled fish. There are kinds of fish that i don't eat though. I like fried fish with breadings. And steamed with butter topped with fried garlic. I grill my fish with salt and pepper. Oh my im starting to get hungry now.

I really like deep-fried fish, and I can't cook that at home - too messy and oily. So we usually have this in restaurants, deep-fried with light soya sauce and sliced chillies.
