MyLot Earnings, Do they disapper w/an "inactive" account?

Ok, I haven't been on here in a loooooooooong time. But, I just logged in today, after a long "absense". All my earnings are gone, and I'm kinda ticked! Happen to anyone else?
It's probably in the "rules" and I neglected to pay attention to it.

i just recently joined and did see this in the TOS. after 3 months of inactivity your earnings start to deplete. i am just curious on how much you can actually make here.

It's in the Terms, should you choose to read them (as, of course, you did when you joined, didn't you?)
At Section 16, it says "All unpaid earnings become unqaulified when account has no activity in the past 3 months." (sic). It seems that a number of people have lost their earnings this way but it may not be an automatic operation because I have heard people say that they have been away for longer but were still able to retrieve their earnings.

I dont know how loooooonnnggggg you were gone here in mylot, but, I was also gone here for 3 to 4 months, and my earnings were still there. I also dont read the rules, so I really dont know anything about this.
