All animals including humans tend to accumulate fat in winter months. The body does a fantastic job of keeping fat on the body. Why is it that this continues to happen even if one compensates by working out and burning more calories that what is consumed?

well maybe one should checkout their diet during the winter. Is there any major changes in the diet pattern during winter and other season. I guess people tent to have certain food preference at certain season of the time. Just my opinion.
