How long do you wait before RATING your responses?

Hi Mylotters, I am wondering what is the average time mylotters wait to rate their responses. I like to give a day for responses and then rate them. What do you do? Do you rate your responses? I rate my responses when i do start a discussion and if i get enough responses i'll wait about a day before i rate or give best response...that way i give everyone a fair chance to respond to my topic,some people won't respond to your post if you have given someone the best response to early...now for rating a post or response i might and then again i might not rate them it all depends on the replies i recieve and if they make sense to the discussion...
