quality posts

hey guys here on mylot are a lot of people which write short answers. how do they check your posts if they are quality posts or not? i can't imagine that. do they count the letters or do they read each post and decide on the quality of the post? i found this site because i wanted to earn some money, but just writing "lol thats funny" to get a cent is kinda dumb :P
