can you tell me difference of today's top and hot discussion??

i think top discussions are those who have so many respondents while the hot are those topic with sensitive issues. . . something like content of a mature nature

Anyway, the difference on my opinion of "Today's Top" and "Hot" discussions is simply that the former is a hot topic for a particular day, it may be new or not or has received many responses or not. Whereas, a certain discussion becomes a "Hot" discussion merely because it receives many responses regardless of its being new or previous discussions. It is primarily depending on the number of respondents on said discussion that makes it a "hot" discussion. Hope you were able to see the differences.

I guess it is very obvious that "today's top" discussion is the top most discussions for that particular day(24 hours). Hot discussions do not have time limit. They are hot as long as members are discussing it very actively. Hope this helps.
