A friend of mine told me about an arrangement he is currently running with an agency in Sweden, the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education, he said that he will not have to pay for the Visa fee, the air ticket and will be allowed to work 2 hours a day to make 100 Euro, and he will only pay $11 for waiver and get his international passport through them, I am actually smelling a rat in this whole arrangement and I would like to know if any of mylotter have an idea in this kind of arrangement. Please help S.O.S
