Are miracles possible?

It has been more than a year that I am undergoing the worst phase in my life.Nothing seems to be right.It is like God is conspiring against(which I know is not possible).I really am wishing from the core of my heart for a miracle to happen.I want everything to be fine again in my life. Was just wondering is a miracle really possible?Does something that you wish for from the bottom of your heart actually do actually come true?
