Do you agree human body contains 70% of water in his/her body?

As i know most of the times human body contains 70% of water so few people said it is not necessary to have 70% of water and i know we will get some health problems if we don't have 70% of water minerals so do you agree this one.

Hello,Dasari! The human body is 50-75% water depending on a person's age.So water is important to us,Water helps regulate and maintain body temperature.Water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.It moistens and lubricates our mouth,eyes,nose,hair,skin,joints,and the digestive tract.If our body does not get enough water we risk dehydration,elevated body temperature,fatigue,decrease mental and physical performance and heat related illness.So we have to drink two to three liters of water daily to stay fit.thanx.

Today i came to know it is depending up on the person age and weight exactily because i thought it should around 70% no you clear my confusion.

Yes you are right, human body consist of 70% or i think it is 75% of water. It is very necessary to maintain adequate level of water in our body. If not, then the main health problem that we will be facing will be dehydration. Dehydration when severe can cause fatigue. We can survive without water, but its necessary that we must maintain adequate water level in the body.

I have heard that somewhere before. I do know that we need liquids to survive and water is a good one to drink. Unfortunately I don't care for water unless it's flavored water.

So we need to liquids as well as water so it gives good physical look and your eyes and everything will become shine if you take more water everyday.

I definitely agree with this one. I have heard about this fact not too long ago and the body always needs water anyway. We all need to stay hydrated on a regular basis. When you are thirsty it is already a sign that you are dehydrating. Reaching for the cold water is actually the best thing to do. I think that a lot of people don't get enough of it. By the way, you need to drink as much water in the winter as in the summer.

I am happy to know that you agree this article anyhow this is fact for us. we need water daily that much of percentage then only we can survive.
