I love cheese too. Some of my favorites are cheddar, swiss, and american. I try not to eat cheese that often, but sometimes I can't help myself. I think I'm going to see what kind of cheese I can get into now.

Hi pop, I love cheese very much as well. I seldom buy cheese when having our shopping in the hypermarket for my husband always stops me from getting it from the shelf. He scares that my cholesterol would go up if taking too many cheeses. I could enjoy eating cheese only when having evening tea at the Bakery café together with my hubby. I usually would take cheese cake, or cheese sandwiches, or any desserts prepared from cheese. I took a lot of cheeses while having breakfast buffet or meals at different hotel restaurants during the ten days when I visited Turkey end of last year. Turkey is one of the countries which was famous of the good quality cheeses of different varieties. All cheeses served there were mostly in cube shapes or rectangular shapes. There were all delicious respectively. I was not good in telling apart what type of cheeses they were either from their colors or textures. I felt that all of them were really delicious Happy posting and have a nice day.
