How do you like your tea...

I like my tea chilled and with a little lemon in it. What about you? Do you add sugar into your tea or do you add milk? I prefer my tea sugarless but with a little lemon squeezed in. Because i like to feel that the tea is emulsifying my unwanted fats. So with sugar, it will probably (psychologically) add on to the fats instead of taking it out. SOunds weird i know.. haha So what about you?

I drink my tea unsweetened and without milk or cream. Every once in a great while I will add sugar and milk to my hot tea especially when it's Vanilla Caramel tea. I prefer it hot, but during the summer I drink it iced.

In the morning I like a mug of green tea with a teaspoon of honey in it rather than sugar. I find that if I have that in the morning then I am not hungry until lunch. Apparently honey is a bit of a natural appetite suppressant. I don't know if that's true or not but it seems to work like that for me!
