many times we are lucky enough to have big profits in case of money but do we share them.we often use them for our purpose but if we are working in a big industry and that profit is a result of all of the others working there,so should we share the profits??

Yeah, i believe in sharing of profits, so that everybody will be more motivated.. And especially when they know, they are rewarded for their hard work, they will try to earn more money for the company as it means they will earn more too.. ONly stingy companies whom are greedy for profits, will not share their profits, as they are selfish.. They have a wrong mindset of things, and most of the time, these companies dun last long.. haha

I truly believe in rewarding the people that help you along the way so yes I think profits should be shared. If it weren't for all the workers these companies wouldn't be surviving yet alone making a huge profit. My husband's company makes a profit of $200,000 per quarter and they don't even like giving raise. They don't give a Christmas bonus and only have three paid holidays per year. This sounds like a way to run off good workers rather than rewarding them.

I think, everybody has right to fulfill his and his family's needs first. However, after fulfilling all these, if some spare money is left, that may be used for community service.
