The fees seems to be high for me.
My bank provides me the facility to create 5 numbers of VCC daily from my savings account. In all I pay just $20 per year including the services like netbanking, phonebanking, VCC, ATM. etc.
But here it appears to be minimum $20 and maximum $600 per transaction. Seems toooooooooooooooooo high.

Hi, i don't know where are you from but i do have a close friend who can apply VCC which is quite good for Paypal verification status. Upon payment, u got the number immediately, then around half or maximum one day to receive the 4 digit verification code. The duration of receiving 4 digit code is somehow depends by paypal.
