can't handle my daughter vomitting / myLot

i'm not good with handling this situation. it makes me gag and vomit when someone else is. my daughter was up most of the night sick again and i'm not much help to her in this situation. poor thing. at one point i had to send her to the bathroom herself while i tried not to get sick,

Please look after her diet.Help her to avoid oily foods and see whether she plays some outdoor games.Give her one spoon of honey after her meals.If this all fails,feel free to consult a doctor.Don't delay things until they grow incurable.

thanks, we saw a doctor yesterday, he said we have to just let it pass on it's own.
