I see crazy people. They don't know they're crazy...

Its kind of worrying. I see people think of themselves as being a certain way but they're not. They think they are victims of fate being born a certain way when physically they are perfectly normal. They act a certain way because they are convinced they are this or that but they are not. They do things totally unnatural, unbecoming, and inappropriate for them. They have a habit of a pot calling the kettle black. Its pitiful. You know, I heard somewhere that crazy people don't know they're crazy. In fact, some of them think everyone else is crazy except themselves. Anyway, I hope I'm not crazy & I just don't know it. LOL

I don't think the people you are describing are crazy. I think the people you describe are just normal. Everyone has at least a slightly skewed perception of themselves. Some people think they are more beautiful or smarter than they actually are. Or some people think they are ugly and stupid when they are not. It relates a lot to self-esteem. And think maybe when you talk about people who talk about fate, they have just given up in a way, or started blaming fate. But in reality, part of our life is circumstances or things we can't change, and part of our life is about doing what we can, so in some ways they are half right at least.

Its interesting to think that everyone around you is crazy and that you yourself is not. This could be a tactic for self survival, or for harboring a dream. This could help you concentrate on your own traits. People are crazy in a way. What I don't understand is that how could you be crazy if you don't know it? And if you finally do come to think you're crazy then maybe there's still a way to respect yourself.
