Which part defect for PC cannot on but CPU fan move a bit ??

My PC now got problem.
After click the power button, the CPU fan only move a bit then then stop.
After that, nothing happens and cannot on at all.
So which part got problem ? CPU, motherboard or power supply ?

get a new one
power supplies stop workin often

I think that ur smps has been short circuited. I have also faced this problem 2 week ago. I have changed my smps and all think become alright.

There are many possibilities
1) If your pc gives musical beeping and then turn off, you should check temperature of CPU, by touching heatsink placed on CPU
2) If temperature is normal,power supply problme.
3) If you have prevously removed cables connected to motherboard, check all cables are properly connected or not.
Check all this possiblity and reply back
