what's your first thing to do when you are online?

Every day, when I come to office, the first thing is to open computer and check my outlook express to see if there is any mail from client, then go to mylot to look through and spend 1 hour to discuss topic, then go to www.sina.com to view some news and then to handle with the pending matter....what's yours?
