Hi David, Well rather than buying new you could have a swap shop, so if you need a saucepan take in a bag of clothes. I do this with my friends all the time especially with the clothes, we have an evening where we all gather round and pass the bags around to see if any of our unwanted items are of any use to anyone else and anything not taken is then taken to a local charity shop for them to sell.
