what will you do when you see other people to throw garbage on the ground

Hey, I see many people eat an apple in their car and then just throw the core outside of their window. I mean apples aren't that bad because they can decompose. I also see people throw cups on the ground and other things, but I don't have the courage to say anything or they might find it offensive. Happy Lotting!

In today's world I wouldn't say anything to her. For all I know she could be absolutely loopy! It's a real shame that the world has come to this but I think that it's far safer not to say anything. It's not nice seeing rubbish thrown on the floor by someone and I don't do this myself, I guess the world slowly gets crazier and crazier by the day! Andrew
