sending email problem

It may be a problem with your SMTP mail server. They sometimes go down and need maintenance. To check, go online to your account server and see if you send send mail from there. All Outlook Express does is to help you to go automatically to your inbox and collect mail that you can do yourself by logging in manually. If your email address is say, sheen@inbox.com, the use your browser to go to www.inbox.com where you will be able to log in to your account with your password. Check your mail and send a test mail to yourself or a friend.
